Data Protection

All personal data provided by the guests/clients are confidential and under no circumstances shall be passed on to any third parties.

Under no circumstances shall the personal data of guests or of those making booking enquiries be employed for purposes other than with matters concerning the reservation and stay.


Please use the online reservation system to check availability and to make a confirmed reservation. You will receive an instant confirmation of your booking.

We will then send you a follow up email giving details of check-in and other useful information for your stay.

For rental periods of one month and less the total price includes expenses for one-time cleaning, the consumption of water, gas, electricity, local landline telephone calls, satellite TV and high speed wireless internet .For rental periods of more than one month utility bills and additional cleaning are payable by the guests. Complimentary weekly cleaning is provided for each additional full week of stay of under one month.

We can arrange airport transfers at extra cost.

VAT of 12% will be added to base rate.


A deposit of 40% of the total payment is required in order to guarantee the reservation. The deposit can be made either by a valid credit card or by bank transfer.

Guests wishing to pay by credit card will be charged 40% of the total amount due upon booking and the remainder 5 days prior to arrival. There will be a 4% credit card administrative charge. Alternatively the deposit can be made by Credit card and the second payment can be made by cash (EUR, USD, GBP or TL) on check-in.

Guests wishing to pay in cash are required to send the 40% deposit by bank transfer (EUR, USD, GBP or TL). All bank wire fees (outgoings & incoming) must be paid by the sender. The balance of the payment can be either paid on arrival in cash (EUR, USD, GBP or TL) or sent by bank wire transfer 5 days prior to arrival.

Any outstanding payments that have not been received 5 days prior to check-in shall be paid on arrival in cash.
(EUR, USD, GBP or TL).

Credit card used for booking and payments must be produced at the time of check-in.

Security Deposit

All guests are required to give a valid credit card details as a security deposit in case of cancellations, and in the event of any damage or loss made by the guests to the apartment or any appliances, furniture, upholstery, kitchen utensils, linens, towels, keys, etc., and for phone charges other than local landline phone calls.

Calls made to mobile phones or overseas will be charged at cost to the guest's credit card upon receipt of the monthly telephone bill. In case of loss or damage to the property and its contents the guest shall pay the current market price of the loss or damage.

The credit card shall not be used for any other purpose by the owner/manager of the apartment. An Invoice shall be provided prior to any debit.

The guests agree to leave the property in the same state as when they entered the property.


Guests are required to provide details of their arrival in advance so that check-in is organised without causing delay and discomfort to the guests.

Guests will be met at the apartment by our English speaking representative.

Check-in time is after 15.00 and check-out is at 11.00.

Please inform us in advance if you require an early check-in or a late check-out time. We will do our best to accommodate the individual needs of our guests, but it is not always possible to arrange it.


If a reservation is cancelled by the guests more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date the deposit will be refunded less 100 Euro cancellation fee.

There is no penalty for changing the dates of your booking as long the change is made 30 days prior to your arrival date.

If cancellation by the guest is made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date they will be charged the entire rental fees for the reserved period, unless the owner is able to re-rent the apartment for the agreed rental period. In which case, the rental fees will be refunded minus 100 Euro cancellation fee.

There will be no refunds if after arrival the guests decide to cancel the booking or check-out earlier than confirmed booking dates. The guest will be charged for the entire booked period.

In the unlikely event of a "force majeure", (events outside our control), the owner accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of any alteration, cancellation, loss or damage caused by political unrest, riots, war, civil strife, industrial disputes, strikes, Governments, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, floods, storms, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, technical or administrative problems with transport, closure of airports, or any other occurrences amounting to "force majeure".

We strongly recommend that guests take up travel insurance.

Use of accommodation

The apartment shall be used for individuals and business travellers as a holiday rental and not on a habitual residential basis. The accommodation shall not be used for commercial activities without prior written permission of the property owner.

Guests/users shall keep and maintain the premises in good condition and leave the apartment in the same condition as they arrived. In Case of loss or damage to the property and its contents the guest shall pay the current market price of the loss or damage.

During the rental of the property the owner reserves the right to carry out urgent works in the property. The guest agrees to allow the owner or their representative access into the property with prior notice of at least one day (except in cases of emergency), in order to carry out any repairs.

The owner undertakes no responsibility for the guests’ personal belongings or any personal injuries. Guests are advised to have appropriate insurance.

The guests shall exercise reasonable caution to prevent the occurrence of theft including locking all doors and windows during the times that he/she is not inside the property. In case of theft or damage due to neglect on part of the guests, the guest agrees to be responsible (either personally or through their insurer) for items and furnishing belonging to the owner that are not included in the owner’s insurance policy.

The guest signing the rental contract will be responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying her/him according to the house rules below.

House Rules

  • Please respect your neighbours and limit your noise level.
  • Please keep the apartment and the communal areas clean.
  • Do not smoke in the bedrooms.
  • Pets and animals are not allowed in the apartment.
  • On departure please leave the apartment as you find it. Do not allow children to mark up or draw on the walls and furniture.
  • In the interest of health and hygiene outdoor shoes are not to be worn in the apartment. They may be placed on the shoe rack provided. Terry slippers are provided.
  • Help save energy and our environment, when you leave the apartment for a long period please ensure lights are turned off, heating or air conditioning is put on minimum or switched off.
  • Please read the safety precautions and the housekeeping instructions in the guest information booklet provided in the apartment.

Character of the property

The Apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no lift/elevator. The building is a historic old building. The building itself has not been renovated, but Firuze Apartment is full renovated with all modern amenities. The roof terrace is communal. If guests intend to hold a party on the terrace for more than 10 people, they are required to inform the owner/manager at least 10 days in advance so that a courteousy notice is given to the neighbours. Please keep the communal areas clean. Please note that the property is offered as an apartment rental and as such not suitable for guests expecting complimentary daily maid service or other hotel services. However, we will do our best to accommodate our guests’ requests and requirements.

We do our best to ensure that everything you read on our website is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, it is possible that certain advertised facilities may be withdrawn as a result of decisions outside our control such as local maintenance, conservation schemes and adverse weather or failure of public utilities. We do not accept liability if facilities are withdrawn for reasons beyond our control.
